Soul Dance is an opportunity for you to connect and be present with yourself in a non-judgemental and healthy space, through a dynamic form of meditation that's dancing. Dance as meditation is as ancient as our humanity, and Soul Dance is about getting out of your head and into your body. It’s not about the way the movement looks. It’s about how it feels, and therefore, you are encouraged to move however you wish.
Through Soul Dance, we'd like to empower people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves in a safe space to dance without talking, drinking and the nightclub vibe. This is about getting great exercise, freeing your mind and body, letting go of your fears, and knowing that you're accepted and supported throughout the dance journey.
