  • Learning Ayurveda and other alternative holistic healing modalities have helped Zia to overcome her health challenges. From scoliosis and adult acne to weight issues and emotional trauma, Zia has faced all sorts of personal crises.

She has come to realise all of these challenges were signs of understanding more about herself and the total environment that affects her. Her journey also taught her that every human is born unique and is gifted in their own way. And that, with the different body constitutions each of us has, means we're meant to fulfil a role and purpose that only we could do.

Besides practising Ayurveda, Zia is also a Vedic astrologer, a yoga therapist, and is trained in Qi Gong, dance therapy, and other different forms of bodywork.

To share her knowledge and experiences, she created several platforms to empower others to take control of their wellbeing and create a life they love.

She's the co-founder of Jeda Wellnest, Jakarta's Holistic Wellbeing Center. She also regularly shares educational content online on her YouTube channel (in English) and on Love Health Wealth podcast (in Indonesian).

The latest project that she founded is Ayuritual, which offers holistic programs & products to help women bring out their innate beauty.
